The success was unprecedented. Inspired by success, Arkady quits from work, and begins to tour in the cities of the Soviet Union. Another scenario of the Odessa Program is published, it also becomes a popular and sought -after public.

Arkady Severny is recorded by Vladimir Vasiliev in the same year, Fuchs begins preparations for the concerts of the North with the Odessa Jazz. It was organized by Sergey Maklakov. He called this record with pearls “oh mommy”, was recorded in the apartment of the collector Dmitry Kalyatin. Subsequently, Arkady made friends with Dmitry and settled in his apartment. He had no housing by that time, he had divorced and had no official work either. For a year and a half of his life in the Kalyatin family, Arkady made many records for the guitar.

Without changing their tastes, it was thieves, street songs. Stewed in one semantic theme, only one work of the North organized by Fuchs can be called a record of “Vertinsky’s memory”.

The bohemian life that the singer led leads him to alcohol dependence. And his way of life “Perekati Pole” only exacerbates the situation. At the same time, the Kyiv collector Fred Revelson invites the north on tour to Kyiv. There they make a recording of the concert with the ensemble Grigory Balber. And in the spring he leaves for Odessa, at the invitation of the collector of Vladislav Kotsishevsky. With a specially collected ensemble "Black Sea", Arkady was recorded by Kotsyshevsky. They recorded three concerts with the Omsk author-performer Vladimir Shandrikov, and then two solo concerts.

One of which is called “Aunt Shura” is recognized as a model in the street lyrics. Arkady understands that alcohol strongly interferes with work, and again makes an attempt to get rid of addiction. Treatment undergoes in the Moscow clinic and this allows him to live one year of sober life. They were already at a higher musical level, and slightly different in repertoire. Songs were written on his poems for other concerts, with the ensembles "Seagull" and "Chemist". With them, he toured in Narva, where he performed in the Old Cafe. Vladimir Ramensky and Vladimir Tikhomirov organized and recorded two of his concerts with “chemists” in March. In recent years, Arkady returns to his civil wife Zinaida in Odessa, and continues to cooperate with Kotsishevsky.

It is recorded under the guitar, and with the ensembles "Black Sea Seagull", and "six plus one." But in the fall, the North is back in Moscow. It is likely that a gap with Zinaida provokes an emotional breakdown, a relapse occurs. There he performs in restaurants, one performance was organized for hockey players of the USSR national team. His lifestyle is absolutely incredible for the Soviet man. He had neither a passport nor a residence permit. At the same time, Fursa finds his ward and organizes for him a performance with George Ordanovsky and the rock band “Russians”. There, the head of the local recording, Stanislav Safonov writes the Severe with the Group "Meeting" with the participation of the organist and singer Anatoly Mezentsev.

Further in Kushchevskaya, with the assistance of the Pushkarsky collector, it makes an entry with the Cossack ensemble, and then performs in the restaurants of the city of Rostov-on-Don. He lives with him until the end of the spring of the year. During this period, he records many home concerts with songs composed by Pisarev himself. In February of this year, at the invitation of Maklakov, he came to Leningrad for a while to record the Olympic concert with the pearl work, and a home record with Ramensky. And again Moscow. And he meets spring again in Leningrad in the apartment of Shorin.
