Over the years, I learned a lot of new things, managed to work in different directions in different positions.

This experience helped me in the competition. There was no time for preparations for the final, since at the same time I took part in the competition “Leaders of Russia” - the flagship project of the presidential platform “Russia - the country of opportunities”. Of the more than thousands of participants in this competition, less than 4 thousand reached the final, and from the North Caucasus Federal District in my direction it did not work out in the final, because the dates coincided, I chose the departmental competition of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, says Zamir Ruslanovich.

In Moscow, to the central apparatus of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, where the final of the departmental competition was held, I came with a great desire to win, and this was not easy, because after the preliminary stages and semi -finals, 80 best from all over Russia got here. The final program includes sessions of questions-answers with deputy heads of the Federal Tax Service of Russia and tasks in the form of cases-within the framework of limited time and other resources, in stress mode it was necessary to analyze a large amount of information and solve complex global problems.

The determination, leadership qualities, systemic and strategic thinking, innovation, the ability to work in a team, emotional intelligence, the ability to make a decision and take responsibility were evaluated. Of course, it was very pleasant when the name of my native Kabardino-Balkaria sounded on the award. Already in his native department, our leader Aslan Yuryevich Gubachikov announced my gratitude and handed me a diploma.

This is a great responsibility to represent the republic and management at a high level.

Thanks to the support of relatives and colleagues, I managed to live up to expectations. Further plans are related to the new prospects that open after the victory in the competition. The project is aimed at the formation of a reserve of young professionals who can further replace senior positions in the system of tax authorities. After the New Year holidays, Zamir Khapov is waiting for an interview in Moscow with the leadership of the department.

There is an internship in the central apparatus of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, as well as training on the educational program “Master of Public Administration: the leader of digital transformation in the public service”.
