The idea of ​​creating a group was born in Gennady from January 6 to 7 years. As Gennady himself says, it was God's fishing, which served as the reason for him to name the group "Christmas". Gennady at that time was 43 years old. Gennady’s mother Tatyana believed in her son and helped buy the first musical instruments for the group. In the spring of the year, the debut album of the group “One of you” was released.
