At the same time, your page is closed. Olga: We have a closed Instagram to protect ourselves from spam - we are for a high -quality audience. At first, we worked a lot on Barter, often the bloggers ourselves went out at us, asked for things for the event, then we noted our profile.
Evgenia: Today, acquaintance with the brand is increasingly starting online. You build personal relationships with each of the subscribers. We always advise in detail and with pleasure in size, parameters, select models for a wedding, graduation or presentation in our social networks. Evgenia: So far we are not sewing, but in the future we want to engage in sewing to order. How do you come up with future dresses? What are you focusing on? Olga: There is one simple rule: we must like everything that we create.

Olga: Our story is a history of constant growth and development. Each stage was a reaction to increasing demand. We started with a small VK page, and there were only two of us, and today our team will hardly fit in a huge Boeing.
We do not want to stop, we have ambitious plans: we want to enter the international market and gain recognition there. We are also constantly working to expand the assortment, for example, this year we launched the “Mom - Daughter” collection, which instantly became a bestseller: mothers and girls in the same dresses are insanely touching and beautiful. Can you give them advice?
Anastasia: Invest in training: if you do not go forward, then you are going back. Training is an absolute MUST in today's world. We conduct regular trainings for all our employees so that they can work not only with declared intentions, but also with the internal needs and desires of people. In the case of clothes, girls often want to look more sexy or more slender, but they are embarrassed to say this out loud.
All this must be taken into account in working with customers. Olga: Honestly, it was scary at the beginning. So many people were in a hurry to give advice and dissuade. At some point, we decided that we would listen to our own inner voice and no one else. And you know what we understood? Alien stories of success - they are only for inspiration, it is impossible to repeat them.
