Then I thought: “I want to study here” - and put every effort to achieve his goal.

As a result, he went to both and chose Moscow State University. During my studies, I, like many, lived in a hostel. First, he shared a room with bunk beds with three neighbors. Until now, when I pass by, I remember those times with nostalgia.

I immediately fell in love with Moscow and, upon moving, realized that it was my city and I would not return to Kaluga. I felt that we were suitable for each other. Her living energy and the life principle that I adhere to is not only to take, but also to give - everything is in this city. At the university, I quickly realized that I would not have a brilliant mathematician, so I decided to apply my strengths in entrepreneurship.

So about the second year I experienced one after another business idea. I had an Internet advertising agency with 12 employees and an annual turnover of more than 10 million rubles to the final course. Then I got a job in McKinsey, where I also oversee the project of transport navigation in Moscow of the Department of Transport. For the Moscow authorities, one of the tasks is that the townspeople love their city, which means that they like to walk on it, spend less time in traffic jams, etc.

For walking, everyone needs comfort, which means that wide sidewalks, bicycle paths and understandable navigation systems. Then I finally fell in love with the subway and the city. But I was still looking for what I really want to do in life. So I outlined several criteria. The work of life in the recent year. The team grew, and we quickly moved to the Yellow Door coworking on a passionate boulevard, which is now closed.

I used to think that the musicians are cute, but when you hear their game and songs in a working environment daily, they are serious. We sat in coworking for hours and created a product. There was summer in the yard, the first months of “algorithmics”, and it was cool to go out into the street than to sit in the basement. For 5 years of work, our school has almost employees. I laugh that I can safely call me a large father, because at our school children study around the world and we launched adult programming courses. We were looking for the new algorithmics office that it was with a pleasant energy, where the employees would like to come.

A couple of months ago, such a place was found. Now we are in the heart of the city on the Kuznetsk bridge. In addition to the location, a new place bribed me with high ceilings, and most importantly, beautiful round windows. Once I dreamed that I had either an apartment or an office with unusual windows. True, an unexpected interference was in a new place. The creativity of street musicians, which you do not always pay attention to a walk, now you have to hear every day.I used to think that the musicians are cute, but when you hear them daily in a working environment, they are seriously distracting.

Business Rules "Cosmic" atmosphere of my hometown were reflected in practice of my life. A startup is always about a large scale, about the benefit of society and about where you are constantly studying. If we draw an analogy with the cosmos, this is the same - a huge unknown space where a person is constantly developing. Therefore, space for me is about the conquest of new horizons and about the dream.

Now I often speak to businessmen and constantly tell that if you are entrepreneurs, then you will soon begin to twitch your eyes, as this is super -stress. Therefore, people who develop their work are especially important to monitor the work of the body before it has broken. The rules are simple - sports, food, mode, rest. I compiled my sports regime from TRX strength training - I go to engage in the sports section club - and running.

Often my runs pass through the boulevards or on the streets of the capital. It’s great to run in the center early in the morning, when a little passers -by, and admire the architecture of your beloved city. In the diet, my rules are also simple. Every day I try to include a lot of vegetables and greens in my diet, and sometimes I order useful foods or salad in a cafe.

It is important not to eat in the evening after 9-10 and drink a lot of water. In the search for the right solutions for the regime, I realized: if I go to bed an hour before bedtime, I try not to look at the gadgets. At this time, you can read the book. Since the beginning of the pandemic, most of our team has been working remotely, and my business meetings are held at Zoom. If during official negotiations I do not need to keep records, I try to discuss working issues, walking around the city or park. It seems to many that during the conversation they need to see the interlocutor, but this is not so.

When I sit at the computer, it’s hard for me to concentrate on the call, because I am simultaneously trying to see something in the documents. On a leisurely walk, when nothing distracts from your counterpart, interesting solutions and new successful ideas for business appear. A garden of Bauman is located next to my house. He often becomes the platform where I spend several calls in a row during a working day.

Beloved capital Moscow is full of opportunities. Just take and work. In addition, there is a huge stream of cultural life, important to me - theaters, museums, exhibitions. The capital is a non -dummer city. It is randomly arranged from the point of view of both the architecture of different eras and its life processes. All this is mixed and creates a cool impression.
