It is forbidden to use firearms with the production of a shot to defeat women, people with obvious signs of disability, minors, when their age is obvious or known to the police officer, with the exception of cases of the indicated persons of armed resistance, the commission of armed or group attack that threatens the life and health of citizens or police officers.
