Biography of Jaykhun Bayramov

Jayhun Bayramov was born in Baku in the year. After school, he entered the Faculty of Economics at the Azerbaijan State Economic University, after which he continued his education at the Law Faculty of Baku State University. From the year he worked in various positions in the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan. Since the year, for many years, he successfully headed the legal campaign, which represented the interests of Azerbaijan at the international level.

He and his team represented the legitimate interests of the state in a number of unreasonable claims against Azerbaijan in a number of international arbitration courts, and claims against our state were rejected by decisions of independent arbitration courts. In the years, Jaykhun Bayramov also took part in the process of preparing and approving a number of international agreements and projects of the international level, the participant of which was our country.

In years, he was annually included in the list of leading lawyers in the field of taxation and civil law in Azerbaijan leading world legal publications. From the year he worked as Deputy Minister of Education of Azerbaijan. One of the main activities in this position was the development of international ties of the Ministry, its worthy representation at the international level.

During this period, he was an official representative of the ministry in a number of international organizations, represented the department in the intergovernmental commissions. They were provided with the implementation of a number of international educational projects in Azerbaijan. Among them, the project “Digital skills” created at the school base, aimed at preparing future professional IT specialists, and the Steam project, which provides for integrated teaching of several subjects and is widely taught in leading educational institutions in the world.

In April, he was appointed Minister of Education of Azerbaijan.

Thanks to fruitful activity, the results of the education system according to 12 indicators in the competitiveness index of the World Economic Forum for the year have improved significantly. In the year, schoolchildren's indicators in the ranking of the international program for the evaluation of educational achievements of students PISA have also improved. As a minister, he himself oversaw international relations.

During this period, he represented the interests of Azerbaijan at a number of high -level international events, including the UNESCO General Conference, the Conference of the Eastern Partnership Eastern Education Conference, the Second International Forum in China “One Belt - One Way”, and other high -level international events.
